With over two decades of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Jenny has honed her skills in providing hands-on care to patients in a variety of settings. She is also trained in all levels of dementia and wound care, further showcasing her expertise in providing specialized care.
In 2007, Jenny obtained her Medication Aide certification, ensuring our patients receive safe and accurate medication management. In 2017, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management Administration, further solidifying her knowledge and commitment to healthcare. And to top it off, she holds an MBA in Healthcare Management Administration, showcasing her leadership skills and ability to drive results.
Jenny's impressive credentials are a testament to her hard work, dedication, and passion for healthcare. As our new Assistant Director, she brings with her a unique perspective and innovative ideas that will help us enhance our care coordination services. Hello, I'm Beau Tiffany, the owner. I am a native of Wisconsin, and I have dedicated my life to advocating for reform in the healthcare system in our state. Today, I am the proud founder of the Wisconsin Healthcare Reform Alliance, the owner of Home Care Coordinators of Wisconsin, and the voice behind Digital Voices with Beau Tiffany. But my journey to this point has been anything but easy.
In 2016, my life took an unexpected turn when I suffered a traumatic brain injury and severe physical injuries. Suddenly, I found myself navigating the complex labyrinth of Wisconsin's healthcare system, fighting for adequate care and justice after being a victim of medical malpractice. To say that this time was challenging would be an understatement. It was made even more difficult by the fact that, as an orphan, I lacked a traditional support network. I was largely alone on my path to recovery, advocating for myself in a system that seemed daunting and often unfair.
However, I am a firm believer that adversity can be a catalyst for change. Rather than surrender to despair, I channeled my experiences into a force for good. I launched Digital Voices with Beau Tiffany, a platform that allowed me to amplify my own voice and the voices of others who were struggling to navigate the healthcare system. By sharing stories, exchanging advice, and fostering a sense of community, I was able to shed light on the systemic issues many of us faced, igniting crucial conversations about healthcare reform.
In October 2022, I took my mission a step further by founding Home Care Coordinators of Wisconsin. I was driven by a singular vision: to provide personalized, compassionate home care services to those who needed them most. I wanted to bridge the gaps I had encountered in our healthcare system, ensuring no one else would have to fight for their care as I had.
Fast forward to May 2023, and I am now the proud founder of the Wisconsin Healthcare Reform Alliance. This initiative brings together healthcare professionals, patients, and local agencies to address healthcare issues head-on, advocating for systemic changes that are long overdue. My aim is to lead the Alliance in transforming the healthcare landscape in Wisconsin through transparency, education, and meaningful reform.
My journey is a testament to the power of resilience, the importance of advocacy, and the potential of collective action. It's been a long road, but I firmly believe that together, we can effect meaningful change in our healthcare system. I hope my story inspires others to stand up, speak out, and join the fight for a better, fairer, and stronger healthcare system in Wisconsin. Together, we can make a difference.
